STUDIO CLASSES

It is mandatory that all new clients to Classical Pilates, schedule an initial assessment before joining their first class. Clients who are new to Classical Pilates require at least 2 privates before joining a class. This is so that you can be introduced to the fundamental principals and learn  how to use the equipment with confidence. 

These fun mixed apparatus classes allow us to access new understanding of movement skills through different pieces of equipment.

If no previous experience, must  have confirmation from SJ before joining first class

$35/class

55 mins of one on one instruction to work on specific goals, or to help prepare you to join an existing class. Privates are $85 each.
